When you sign up for your PADI certification course with Diver's Oasis, you'll first need to complete an academic portion before you get in the water.
Once you've finished the academics, then you'll meet with one of our amazing PADI-Certified Dive Instructors for the in-the-water training you need to earn your certification!
The e-learning portion of your PADI dive course is self-paced, which means you can complete it at home on your own time, at your own speed.
If you've got questions about any of the material, you're always welcome to pop into the shop to chat with one of our diving experts!
For the PADI open water course you must complete sessions 1 & 2 of the e-learning before you can participate in the pool sessions.
We normally run pool sessions according to the following schedule:
Please note that end time is an approximation.
Want a bit more individual support during your diving course? In a semi-private lesson, you will work 1-1 with your instructor in the pool (but the pool may be shared with other students at the time). You will participate with the regularly scheduled open water dive.
In a fully private lesson, you'll get a full one-on-one experience with your instructor in both the pool and the open water dive.
Private and semi-private lessons will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis according to the time that works best for you and your instructor.
